Home / Company

An independent technology transformation partner.

Founded in 2011. We stopped being a generic ICT provider and became the partner organisations call when technology has to deliver a measurable result.

Where we have delivered.

Cross-border delivery is not a marketing line here. It is operational experience of connectivity, procurement, regulation and skills in markets that behave nothing like a European reference case.

What we are

An independent technology transformation and ICT project delivery partner. We plan it, deliver it, govern it, secure it and improve it.

What we are not

A reseller, a body shop, or a low-cost IT support company. We compete on accountability and outcomes, not on rate.

01 Who we work with

Organisations of 100 to 2,000 people.

Large enough to carry a real technology budget, rarely large enough to carry an internal transformation team. We are usually called in around a trigger: an ERP replacement, a cloud migration, an acquisition, a legacy system that has become a risk, or compliance pressure.

01

Who we report to

CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, CTO, IT Director, and the heads of digital, operations and risk. We write for that audience, not for a project office.

02

What we sell

Expertise, governance, delivery accountability and outcomes. Not hardware, not licences, not timesheets.

03

How we are paid

Fixed-fee assessments, milestone-based project fees and monthly retainers. Hourly billing rewards the wrong thing.

04

What we are building

Long-term governance and security relationships rather than a sequence of unrelated projects.

How we behave

Three things that hold when a programme gets hard.

Independence

No reseller quota and no licence to shift, so the recommendation is the right one rather than the profitable one.

Accountability

The delivery risk sits on our side of the table. One senior owner, named, for the life of the programme.

Respect, regardless of size

A national department and a 150-person insurer get the same standard of care and the same senior attention.

The person who would own your programme reads these.

One senior point of contact, and honest advice from the first exchange rather than after a procurement process.
